Our new series, Econ-Concepts, will focus on teaching economic concepts to elementary students, starting with opportunity cost. Opportunity cost is the value of the next best alternative when a choice is made. The workshop will include lessons, activities, and resources to help students understand and apply this fundamental economic principle in their daily lives.
